By using our site or making a purchase from our site, you acknowledge our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Prices shown are in Australian Dollar (AUD). Where GST is required to be included within Australia, prices are inclusive of this tax.

Payment is processed via a secure payment processing platform which accepts major credit cards. We don’t retain your credit card information.

Please provide a valid email address, mailing address and contact number when placing an order and ensure all payment details are correct. Once you have submitted and paid for your order you will receive a confirmation email and receipt.

When purchasing digital products (such as ebooks), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The ebooks are for personal use only and cannot be shared or reproduced. No refunds will be issued. The content is protected by copyright laws, and any unauthorised distribution is prohibited. The author and publisher are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ebook. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action.

We use the Australia Post network for delivering orders via national and international mail. Shipping and handling rates cover the costs of packing and checking your order, packaging materials and the actual mailing costs. We do our best to ship products within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the order.

Delivery within Australia
We use a standard delivery with tracking. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery.

International Delivery
Shipping cost varies depending on countries.

Note for overseas customers: Customs in some countries may occasionally charge the recipient duties on the ‘import’ of parcels. Any additional charges, duties and taxes levied by Customs in the country of destination are the responsibility of the recipient. Check the Customs service in your destination country to see if charges are applicable. Please ensure you provide a correct phone number on your order, as in the unlikely event of customs holding up your package, they need to be able to reach you. If customs cannot contact you, your package may be returned and you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

We are not responsible for any failure of postal service or action taken by customs authorities. Risk of loss for orders passes to the customer upon the package being transferred by us to the postage/shipping carrier.

In the event of an order not being received, please note that if the original ‘ship to’ address provided to us is insufficient or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the reason is at our end, we will re-ship the item at no extra cost. If it is due to the postal system we will resend the item charging you only for postage and handling.

If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us by email within 24 hours. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, we regret that we cannot issue a refund. No cancellations or refunds will be issued for digital products.
